Giannis’s farm is the sort of experience you dream of as a visitor to an island like Sifnos. Well and truly the real deal. An idyllic setting in the terraces, original and well maintained farm buildings and healthy animals literally queuing themselves up for milking. All of this leads to the kitchen table where you get to sample all the farm has to offer. A perfect day. Thanks so much to this wonderful family.
