Discover the experience of our farm!
Fields & Crops

Walk through the fields and learn how they grow.
Many of our crops are dry-grown. They are never irrigated. The earth here knows how to give, as long as you listen. You'll see how we use natural fertilizers from the farm, how insects protect the crops better than pesticides, and how threshing and winnowing are done the old-fashioned way where the wind blows right. Tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, chickpeas, vineyards, fig trees, and carob trees — all grow here just like they did generations ago.

Animals & Care

Spend time with our domestic animals, without fences.
You will meet goats, sheep, cows, pigs, chickens, rabbits... and of course our horse. Most roam freely, without pressure or noise. You’ll learn how they live, what they eat, what they produce, and if you'd like, you can feed them, pet them, or simply sit beside them. Their care is part of our daily life — and today, it becomes part of yours too.

Sit with us under the veranda. This is where the journey ends and the conversation begins.
Once the tour ends, we’ll sit together in the small farmhouse (called "themonia" in local dialect). Where once the farmer rested, stored seeds and tools, today we share moments and stories.
The tasting is generous, filled with products we grow ourselves: fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, dairy products from the farm’s animals, bread, olives, oil… Whatever we have, we offer with joy. A small buffet of authenticity made with love and farm-grown ingredients.
We’ll talk about how these buildings were designed to naturally keep cool in summer and warm in winter, and how we preserve sustainable traditional practices passed down from our grandparents. We’ll show you old objects and tools and explain their uses. Ask us anything.
Here, no one rushes. Here, we invite you to sit, ask questions, share — and if you’d like — feel a little like you’ve always belonged here.
